Withdrawal

If you have placed an order with ElMundoEnCruz as a consumer, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within the legal period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order, provided that the product is not subject to any of the legally provided exceptions.

To start the process, complete the withdrawal form indicating your name, email, and order number. Before submitting the request, you must expressly confirm your decision using the “Confirm withdrawal” button.

Once the request has been submitted, you will receive an email acknowledgment of receipt with the information provided and the date and time of submission.

Exercising the right of withdrawal does not automatically mean that the product can be returned in any condition. Products must be returned complete, in good condition, and without any handling other than that necessary to check their nature, characteristics, or functionality. In the event of use, deterioration, missing components, or excessive handling, the corresponding reduction in value may be applied in accordance with current regulations.
