DMC Mouliné Variations Thread 417F
A deep purple-brown color that takes its name from Sepia Officialis, or the common cuttlefish. The cuttlefish produces a brown ink that has been collected and used for centuries. The famous Roman philosopher and scholar Cicero likely used Sepia ink.
Each multi-colored skein of Mouliné Coloris features four complementary colors. Use this thread to create color patterns without having to change threads.
Colorfast dyes ensure your work can be washed without fear of the color bleeding or fading. Manufactured with highly fade-resistant dyes so your needlework can be enjoyed for generations.
It comes in 8-meter skeins, and its six strands are easily separated. Add depth and fine detail to your work by varying the number of strands used.
