Permin “Gingerbread Cookies” Cross Stitch Table Runner - 63-6210

Dress up your Christmas table with this warm Permin cross-stitch kit, featuring a table runner bordered by gingerbread cookies. The figures, embroidered in caramel tones, alternate with small stylized fir trees and feature typical white icing details on the cuffs and branches, as well as a red heart on the chest that provides the only pop of bright color. The motif borders the entire perimeter and leaves the center free, so the piece elegantly frames whatever you place on top without competing with the tableware.

The natural ecru Aida fabric reinforces that rustic and Scandinavian feel that pairs just as well with traditional decor as with a contemporary Nordic-style table. Measuring 26 x 63 cm, it is perfect for a square or round table, a sideboard, or as the base for a Christmas centerpiece. Because it is worked in full cross-stitch with a very limited color palette, the project progresses at a good pace despite its size, and the result is a table piece you will take out every December for years to come. A very rewarding project and a wonderful gift for anyone who enjoys setting a beautiful table for the holidays.
